Our home is a very comfortable and recently remodeled first floor duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a brand new sleeper sofa and sleeps 6 comfortably. We have cable tv and wifi. A very short walk to the beach. Beach carts are provided as well as beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, beach toys as well as plenty of parking and room for a boat trailer. All linens are furnished. There is a gas grill on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently updated with stainless steel appliances and a laundry room is provided. Boating ramp and golf course are located nearby.
This property is a duplex and can potentially be available to be rented as a multi family rental as a 4 Bedroom and 4 Bathroom with two sleeping sofa's that can sleep a total of 12 people.

Summary: 10/10 recommend this little piece of paradise in Amelia Island. The home was perfect! The location was perfect! Literally a short walk to the beach. We definitely have plans to rebook this property.

Summary: My husband, our dog and myself just got home from a wonderful week at Seaside Escape. It is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was super close - around a corner, across a street and over a small sand dune - 3 minutes. Our pup loved the fenced in yard. We were there over Christmas and they surprised us by putting up a Christmas tree - a wonderful treat. We had a small issue with the door lock.The owners were responsive and quick to resolve. A couple and their dog were in the upstairs unit for 2 nights, which we hardly heard. I highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back next year.

Summary: We’ve stayed at this property in the past and will continue to book here whenever we visit Amelia Island. Steve and Lynn are awesome host. We were vacationing at Venice Beach Fl when Hurricane Helene hit and we had to evacuate. We had booked a week in Amelia to follow the Venice trip. We called Lynn and Steve and ask last minute availability at Amelia and without hesitating they said yes, come on over! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Summary: The property was just as described. The neighbors are pleasant and friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet and dog friendly. We enjoyed the local restaurants and small shops. Make sure to go to the Fernandina Beach Museum and do the Docent talk. Fernandina Beach is very dog friendly. Loved Fernandina Old Town!

Summary: This was the whole first floor of a house in a quiet neighborhood, with all the amenities we wanted. There's a fenced side yard that's perfect for dogs. The beach is just a 2 minute walk away, with a private path over the dunes. We'd like to return someday!

Summary: We had a short but relaxing stay that was everything we needed for our little getaway. We were looking to do something different for us for Thanksgiving and this was perfect. The place was cute and tidy. Check-in and out was a breeze and the place had everything we needed and it was all easy to find. We are so grateful they allow pets too, we wanted our whole family together for the holiday. I cannot say enough good things. While it wasn’t our first time on the island, it was our first tie staying here, but won’t be our last!
